Hosting provider RM Web Services (RMWS)
RMWS is the hosting provider (and data processor) of the website ifama2020.org. RMWS manages multiple servers running the websites of its customers. In all cases RMWS has access to the website files, databases and e-mail of its customers.
A daily backup is made of all WordPress websites. In addition, copies of these websites are made for the execution of updates, tests and development work. Log-files are also maintained per website and per server. The IP addresses are used for authorization, anti-fraud and security.
The information that RMWS shares with third parties is the NAW data for domain registrations and ssl certificates.
Backups are stored for up to 30 days, are encrypted and only accessible to employees of RMWS.
