Please be informed that the welcome reception is included in the registration fees. The conference dinner is not included for all registration types.
Note: If you are registering for one day or a Student 2-day pass, the conference dinner on Wednesday, 17 June 2020 is not included in your registration fee.
A number of rooms have been secured in various hotels close to the meeting venue. These block rates guarantee availability and rates in several hotels and hostels. Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the IFAMA 2020 Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For cancellations received up to and including 30 April 2020, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
- For cancellations received after 30 April 2020, no refund will be given, full amount required.
- Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. A handling fee of EUR 50 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 30 April 2020.
Please note that we can only provide you with an invitation letter for the IFAMA 2020 conference after we received your registration and payment. After you have made the payment, please contact the IFAMA 2020 conference secretariat at: email@example.com
If you are a member, a member number/reference will be asked during the online registration.
We accept payments by credit card (VISA, Master card), bank transfer and iDEAL (Dutch participants). We cannot accept payment by cheque and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration or at least before the start of the conference to secure your participation.
If your name contains special characters this may cause an error during the payment procedure. In that case, please change your name in your contact details by removing any special characters, so that you will be able to arrange the payment. If you send an e-mail with your correct name to the IFAMA 2020 conference secretariat, firstname.lastname@example.org, we will change your name back in our system, so that your name will be presented correctly on your name badge.
Example special characters include: á, ä, â, ç ,ê, é, ë, î, ï, ñ, ö, õ, ô, ü.
Representatives of the press and media agencies with media credentials are welcome to attend the IFAMA 2020 conference. Contact the Conference Secretariat (email@example.com) for details of media registration. By registering as media representatives for IFAMA 2020, journalists, press photographers, film crews and other members of the press accept that they must comply with the IFAMA 2020 Press Policy. Failure to do so may result in the immediate withdrawal of press registration.
Picture taking, audio/video recording and/or filming at the IFAMA 2020 conference venue without prior permission of the organisers are prohibited. Requests for interviews of speakers or faculty should be sent to the Conference Secretariat.
Personal data will be collected, processed, stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the IFAMA 2020 conference organizers, in its capacity as data controller, and shared with IFAMA 2020 organizers (IFAMA, City of Rotterdam, WUR, WICaMeM, LDE and Inholland).
Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.

The IFAMA 2020 conference secretariat is offering a reduced registration fee for students. During the registration students need to upload an official letter or student card valid till the end of the conference. The file can be uploaded in Word, PDF, JPEG, PNG (max. 5 Mb).
The Student Case Competition (SCC) is part of the IFAMA 2020 conference. It starts on Sunday 14 June 2020. Participants of the SCC will also join the IFAMA conference. Only the presentation on Monday morning (25 minutes) is parallel scheduled with the conference. For more information about the SCC please check the website, https://ifama2020.org/student-case-competition/. Kindly note that teams also need to submit the SCC registration form to Gerry Kouwenhoven, email@example.com, before 16 March 2020. This form can also be found on https://ifama2020.org/student-case-competition/. There are no additional costs for the SCC.
